Our philosophy

An outstanding performance consists of competence, passion and fairness. NEUBAUTEAM stands out from the competition through years of experience and goal-oriented market analysis. We take a look at construction projects from different perspectives whilst applying appropriate economic knowledge and understanding. Due to our specialisation in project development and new building projects, we can support our customers with maximum professionalism in their building projects. In order to show our clients all chances and possibilities from the very beginning, we carry out extensive analysis of location, environment and target groups well in advance.

We want you to be satisfied. Our mission is to know the individual ideas, expectations and requirements of each customer, to internalize them and to act accordingly. In order to always meet our own ambition to provide customers with first-class service, the core team never supervises more than three projects at the same time. Management

Christian von Järten is founder and managing director of
VON JÄRTEN & CIE Real Estate Group. Christian von Järten’s enthusiasm for real estate was sparked by his family at an early age. His career began with an apprenticeship as a management assistant in the property and housing industry at a publicly listed company.
Amongst other roles, he provided comprehensive advice to private and institutional investors at a leading english real estate consulting company, which operates on a worldwide basis, and successfully supported the development of real estate portfolios in Germany.

Before founding his company, Christian von Järten worked as office manager for Sotheby’s International Realty in Hamburg where he successfully coordinated the sales activities for a destination in Switzerland for a well-known major investor in Zurich.
Christian von Järten has been on the pulse of the real estate market for over a decade and has excellent contacts to numerous decision makers of major real estate players both nationally and internationally. In total, the projects he has overseen amount to a real estate development and transaction volume of approximately ca. 800 Mio. EUR.
